• Maryland State Highway Administration — Open End Statewide Contract for Preliminary and Final Engineering Design Services — O’Connell & Lawrence, Inc. is currently a sub-consultant on six open-end contract teams and one site-specific design services team providing Constructability and Construction Management services.
